Description
This End-User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the use of the Qissat Zawaj mobile application.

In-App Subscription Terms
Auto-renewable subscriptions are available from the App Store for Qissat Zawaj.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the selected duration/price) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
The current subscription may not be canceled during the active subscription period; however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of the free initial subscription period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Qissat Zawaj offers an annual auto-renewing subscription that renews automatically each year unless canceled. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the renewal terms. Charges are billed yearly, and cancellations can be managed through your account settings before the renewal date.
Acceptance of Terms
Please read this Mobile Application End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before downloading or using the Qissat Zawaj mobile application ("Mobile App"). By downloading or using the Mobile App, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Mobile App.
Description of Service
Qissat Zawaj is an app designed to help users find a suitable life partner. The platform offers various features, including matchmaking services, user communication, and reporting inappropriate content or behavior.
Changes to the EULA
Qissat Zawaj reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time and for any reason. The most current version of this EULA will be posted at https://qissatzawaj.com. Your continued use of the Mobile App after any updates signifies your agreement to the updated terms.
Conduct and Usage Restrictions
Users are prohibited from using offensive language, sharing inappropriate content, or engaging in behavior that involves harassment, violence, or harm to others. Any such violations may lead to account suspension or termination.
Support and Reporting Violations
Customer support is available to assist with any issues you may encounter. You can report inappropriate content or violations directly through the app, and our team will review the report and take appropriate action.
No Included Maintenance and Support
Qissat Zawaj may release updates, changes, or enhancements to the Mobile App at any time. While we aim to provide continuous support, we are not obligated to furnish maintenance or support services. Apple has no obligation to provide any support for the Mobile App.
No Warranty
Qissat Zawaj disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. The app may not be compatible with all devices, and it is your responsibility to ensure your device meets the required specifications. Qissat Zawaj does not guarantee the Mobile App will function on your device without issues.
Your Consent
By using the app, you consent to the terms of this EULA.

Auto Renew. :
Subscription to All Service will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
