1. User Obligations
Users joining the “Qissat Zawaj” service must:
1.1 Confirm that they are 18 years of age or older.
1.2 Agree to and acknowledge the terms and conditions of the app.
1.3 Provide accurate information, including real age and photos (if added), and not impersonate another person.
1.4 Be fully responsible for the information they share on the app, including personal data and privacy settings.
1.5 Understand that the app may contain content intended for adults only.
1.6 Use the messaging service in compliance with legal and app policies.
1.7 Not share personal contact details such as email, phone number, or social media links in public areas of the app (except in private messages).
1.8 Avoid using offensive language, sharing explicit content, making threats, promoting violence, or engaging in any illegal activity.
1.9 Respect other users and refrain from attempting to contact them if they have clearly indicated disinterest.
1.10 Not conduct transactions, offer services, or post advertisements within the app without prior approval from the administration.
1.11 Agree to receive notifications related to their account activity and promotional updates.
1.12 Keep all initial interactions within the app for security and privacy reasons, especially during the first three months of communication.
1.13 Verify the intentions of the other party and engage in sufficient communication within the app before progressing to more serious steps such as engagement or marriage.
2. Service Provider Rights
The service provider reserves the right to:
2.1 Make changes within the app.
2.2 Offer both free and paid services.
2.3 Modify the terms and conditions as needed.
2.4 Change service types, pricing, and validity periods, with prior notification to users.
2.5 Delete or modify any content that violates these terms or harms other users.
2.6 Use personal data for security purposes if a legal complaint or legal threat is made against the service provider.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
The service provider is not responsible for:
3.1 Any damages or data loss resulting from the use of the app or external communication methods.
3.2 The accuracy of user-generated content within the app.
3.3 Copyright violations or legal breaches committed by users.
3.4 The lack of responses to messages sent by users within the app.
3.5 The success or failure of relationships initiated through the app, nor any decisions made by users based on interactions within the platform.
4. Service Provider Obligations
4.1 Manually or automatically verify user-uploaded images and data to filter out inappropriate content (this does not apply to private messages).
4.2 Provide a reporting feature for inappropriate behavior within the app.
4.3 Provide a blocking feature to restrict unwanted users.
4.4 Remove inappropriate content and take necessary actions against users who violate the terms of use.
5. Paid Services
• Registration in the app is free, but messaging requires a subscription.
• Payments can be made through Google Play and App Store.
• If there are any payment issues, users can contact customer support via email or WhatsApp.
6. Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Renewal
6.1 If payment was made through Google Play, users can cancel auto-renewal via Google Play Market under “Subscriptions.”
6.2 If payment was made through App Store, users can cancel auto-renewal via App Store subscription settings.
6.3 Users may request to disable auto-renewal via customer support, and the request will be processed within 24 hours.
6.4 Deleting an account does not automatically cancel the subscription. Users must manually cancel recurring payments.
7. Account Deletion
7.1 Users can delete their accounts through the app’s profile settings.
7.2 Users can request account deletion via customer support, which will be processed within 24 hours.
7.3 Deleting an account does not stop automatic payments; users are responsible for canceling subscriptions.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Refunds are not provided if a user violates the app’s terms of use.
8.2 Once payment is completed, subscription fees are non-refundable as paid features are activated immediately.
8.3 The administration may offer a refund at its sole discretion in exceptional cases.
9. Age Restriction & Minors Policy
• The app is strictly available to users who are 18 years or older.
• Any user found to be under 18 will have their account deleted immediately.
• The app does not collect, store, or process any data from minors.
• If a minor is discovered to have registered, their data will be promptly removed.
10. Prohibition of Illegal Activities
• Any involvement in illegal activities such as prostitution, human trafficking, or sexual exploitation is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activities will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• Users can report suspicious content or behavior, and all reports will be investigated accordingly.
11. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
• Any legal disputes regarding the app will be handled in accordance with the laws of the country where the company is registered.
• Users cannot initiate legal claims against the administration in courts outside this jurisdiction.
Terms of Service Utilization
By using the “Qissat Zawaj” application, users agree to the following terms and conditions, which are considered an integral part of the User Agreement.
Any violation of these terms grants the application management the full right to withhold services without any legal obligations toward the user.
1. The services provided by the “Qissat Zawaj” application are exclusively available to subscribers who have met their partners through the app.
2. No user is entitled to benefit from the services if the relationship or acquaintance was established outside the app or through other means.
3. The engagement must take place during the user’s active subscription period within the app.
4. Both parties must upgrade to the Annual Premium Package in order to benefit from the provided services.
The Basic Package is limited to exploring the app’s features and messaging only.
5. If the engagement takes place before activating or after the expiration of the subscription, the user will be denied access to the offered services.
6. The app management reserves the right to refuse services in cases of fraud or violation of the terms of use.
7. The user grants permission and full rights to the app management to document the provided services (such as photography or video recording) and use them for promotional and advertising purposes, provided that user privacy is not harmed.
8. This approval is a fundamental condition for accessing the services, and the app has the right to refuse any service if the user does not consent.
9. If any of the above terms are violated, “Qissat Zawaj” has the right to withhold services without any obligation to refund the subscription fees or compensate the user.
10. The app management bears no legal responsibility toward the user in the event of a breach of the terms by the user.
By using the “Qissat Zawaj” app, you agree to this Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service Utilization. We encourage users to read it carefully to understand their rights and responsibilities.
